Knuckle Lights™ are worn on the front of your hands, in a perfect position to light your path and be seen by traffic.  The extra-wide flood beams move with the natural motion of your arms and provide super-bright illumination to light up the entire area in front of you.

Each set includes 2 Knuckle Lights, one for each hand, providing 45 Lumens of double flood beams for maximum light.

Knuckle Lights secure snugly to your hands with a comfortable silicone strap, so there is no need to grip the unit. The strap is completely adjustable to fit any size hand and will even expand to fit over gloves.

GRAB a Pair TODAY!

When you come to see us for your next pair of shoes, be prepared for a unique approach to fitting that you probably won’t find anywhere else. More than likely you were referred here by another satisfied customer or health professional, but before we start grabbing shoes, we'll need to conduct a short "interview" to get the information that will help guide us:

1.What purpose will the shoes serve (running, walking, standing, gym workouts, etc.)?

2.What surface type will you be on (road, trails, treadmill, tile or concrete flooring)?

3.What shoes are you wearing now (we suggest you bring in your old shoes for comparison)?

4.Do you have any injuries or special considerations that might affect our choice of shoe?

5.Who wrote the Iliad and Odyssey?

Now the fun starts.  First, we’ll have you remove your shoes (hey look, you wore two different socks today), roll up those pant legs and briskly walk the length of the store a few times so we can watch your gait cycle (biomechanics) and determine your foot type. Are you neutral, a mild overpronator, moderate overpronator, maximum overpronator or (gulp) a supinator? There’s a shoe made specifically for each one of these categories, and it’s our job to find the right match so that any corrections can be made to keep your gait confined to the neutral cycle, which will minimize stress injuries and allow you to get the most from your workout.

Then, after bringing out a few shoes to try (check your vanity at the door because we don't choose by looks) and finding the right fit --- snug heel, contact with the arch and a roomy toe box --- we’re going to have you test the shoe on the sidewalk so we can validate our analysis. If you are a runner this particular step is very important because often times the running gait will be different than the walking gait on which we based our choice of shoe. If there happens to be too much pronation (or in the rare case of not enough), we'll change to a different shoe so that we can make the proper recommendation. It's all in a day’s work for us at no extra charge to you.
